The Quantum 2 QM9700 series features 32 OSFP ports and utilizing twin port 800G (2x 400G) OSFP finned top transceivers allows connectivity for 64x 400Gb/s non-blocking ports with aggregate data throughput up to 51.2Tb/s. On the node end the reference architecture, the ConnectX-7 utilizes 400G flat top OSFP transceivers to allow for a rail optimized compute fabric capable of handling a maximum of 4,096 nodes or 32,768 of NVIDIA’s flagship H100 SXM5 GPUs.
